There is a wildflower patch in my backyard grown from seeds I picked up in a tiny Swedish village years ago - they’re still self-sowing - and everytime I walk past it I’m transported back to that magical trip. It’s also a cool way to collect and get acquainted with new cultivars not available in your region (just double check that it’s suitable for your growing zone). Make it a habit and you’ll have the best souvenir!
